The Pantry was originally designed to be for crisis only, and therefore was rather scant. Soon, we saw the extreme need and completely furnished the pantry with not only dry and canned goods, but also meat, dairy and veggies. We also have a complete ‘household’ bag with paper products, cleaning supplies, dental supplies, and personal hygiene of all types. We supply from the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, and many very generous people who simply show up with a carload to help. There are very few places in the North End of Flint where people can be served like this. We give thanks to God for keeping our shelves filled and our hearts filled with love to serve his people.
